Commands with coordinates are offset -2 x and/or z from where it should (at negative X and Z coordinates)

When I do the command /setblock -1408 52 199 1 it sets the block @-1406 52 199, and when I set the block @-1410 52 199 it sets the block @-1408 52 199. When you do the command: /tp @p -1408 52 201 it rounds the concordances to -1407.5,52.5,201.5. this also affects the /summon command.

The work area.

The XYZ's of the blocks

What happens on the command: /setblock -1408 52 199 0

what should have happened on the command: /setblock -1408 52 199 0, but happened on the command: /setblock -1410 52 199 0. (it is the block that replaced the iron bars.)

Confirmed for that coordinates.

To be fair, it was pretty clear that it was a bug that was going to be fixed at some point.

I'd modify Sethbling's coordinate-changing filter to tweak the numbers back to normal, at least in the negative regions.

This has not been fixed! The offset has simply changed to being an offset of 1: MC-36602

This is not yet resolved. It happens both in the 1.7.9 and the 1.8 snapshot for me, with an offset of -1

Did you look at MC-36602, linked above? Does that describe what you're experiencing?

I tried recreating the issue again, but I can't recreate it. I must have just misread the coordinates. Thank you for the help!
