Testforblock Bug

I was making a map in the new snapshot (13w38c & 13w39a ) and I noticed that the testforblock command didn't output a signal when I typed: ( /testforblock -549 77 45 41 ) It outputted that it was a air block and not a gold block so the command didn't search for right coordinators, I checked the coordinators if I made a mistake or not and it was right like 12 times... I have seen things like this when you tp, as it tps you one block away from the point you sat it on.

I would like this to me fixed ASAP cause I can't find any other way around doing what I was doing in my map.
