command blocks coordinates are off

x coordinate is off by +2 when using absolute coordinates with setblock and testforblock commands in command blocks. I encountered this when testing the potential for using command blocks for wireless redstone with the new testforblock command and the set block command. Relative coordinates are accurate, however when typing absolute coordinates I must add 2 the the X value in order to select the location I wish.
