Command Blocks not recognizing commands in certain areas only.

In certain coordinates on my map, command blocks seem to not recognize any commands. Running commands in other locations adjacent to the affected one works fine. See the screenshot of a simple /tesfor @p command, not working at all.

Please zip and attach this world.

Does the command block also not trigger a comparator or do you just look at the output message ? testfor will not put anything in the "Previous Output" box of the command block when run, you may see the output of older commands.

I've attached the world file if you want to take a look. The comparator does not output when the command is run, but there is no reason that it shouldn't. It is a /testfor @p command, which should always be true.

Works if a repeater is put between the comparator after the hopper clock. Not sure if bug or not.

It seems to work now that I've broken and replaced the comparator. Maybe it is a comparator bug rather than a command block bug.

Can you try to reproduce that ?

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 13w48b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Experienced this today. I have two command blocks that refuse to recognize commands (that work in command blocks at other coordinates). Really messes with my nice clean lines of command blocks, to have certain blocks that don't work.

Using 1.8.1-pre5, superflat creative world, redstone preset.
