[MC-3339] Tile entity crashing bug

If you have a lot of chests and there's a large explosion around them, you will sometimes crash with the attached error.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
