GIANT lagg spikes occur in random areas in maps. and only lagg there, right now in one of my worlds i am stuck completely in one spot, because none of the keys work because its lagging so much (ITS LITTERITLY 1 frame every 45 or so seconds)

Lag is not a bug (unintended behaviour), but a performance problem. For technical support, please visit this website. The purpose of this bug tracker is to do just that: track bugs, so that way developers can be made aware of bugs so they can fix them. Its not as though they aren't already aware of performance issues (see 1.5 planned features on wiki).
I totally agree but the mods are ignoring lag bugs.
