[MC-3391] piston with rails bug

a piston can not move a piece of rails. in previous versions pistons can move rails. also if a piston is powerd and you put a rails for it and remove the power of the piston it will still powerd

Every kind of piston pushes every kind of rail in 1.4.5pre in my tests.

There is a mod for SMP that prevents rails moving. Is this SMP or SSP?

I also am unable to reproduce this bug in 1.4.4 or 1.4.5 pre
