Minecart Sound is considered an Enemy Monster

In both survival and creative modes, the sounds of a minecart riding along rails seems to be considered as an 'Enemy Monster' as that is the only sound slider (other than the master volume) that I have found to make a difference to the volume of it in the snapshots new sound menu.
