So whenever I log into the launcher to play the newest snapshot I get this issue were a weird 0 appears in the top of my screen and its cause's multiple issue's (See Attached screenshots) Some times it cuts my mc screen in half etc. I just started noticing this issue with this snapshot.

Some fairy showed me the way to MC-32733
That's an interaction with some video recording software.
Somewhere I did read that this will be fixed with the next snapshot.
In the meantime you may uninstall the video recording software.
