[MC-34585] Skeletons don't burn on Soul Sand with Nether Wart.

While a skeleton is standing on Soul Sand with Nether Wart, it will not catch fire. I haven't tested it without Nether Wart or any other block like slabs.

"Skeletons don't burn" was what I searched for.
