[MC-348] Stuck in nether portal(can't move)

I went through a nether portal and then it said there was an error and minecraft crashed.Whenever I try to play on that world all I see is obsidion from the portal and the diamond sword I had in my hand.AND I CAN'T MOVE!So basically I lost my whole world.PLEASE FIX!!!

As a quick fix you should use some 3rd party software to modify your character's position.

download NBTEdit
open your player.dat
increase ypos by 1 or 2 and save

Without showing us the error or giving us a copy of the world to test for ourselves, we cannot fix the issue.
