[MC-34882] Nether fortresses do not generate Blaze Spawners

Nether fortresses generated using 13w39b snapshot will have pads for blaze spawners, but no spawners are generated.

I had this happen on 1.7.2 multiplayer yesterday (me hosting). After deleting the folder \DIM-1 and Fortress.dat and spawning in the Nether, the spawners did reappear, though.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w02c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
