Sleeping doesn't stop rain

I was playing my survival world when I realized it had been raining for over an hour. So I decided to sleep in my bed to remove the rain. The rain didn't stop. I've seen other bugs reported about the infinite rain I've been experiencing but none include the problem that sleeping doesn't turn it off. I have attached a picture of my world's NBT tag for rain time and if you divide it a bunch you can see its been raining about 2 hours.
