Jungle Temple generated in Birch Forest

I found a jungle temple in a birch forest biome.
There were no vines on the outside, but there were inside.
I found out that there wasn't a chest and dispensers with arrows.
I re-created the world with same seed and went the same place
but the temple wasn't there. Is this a bug or just a glitch?
