the arrows pierce the creepers when them try of them in the head, and only serve in the body

Just trying to clarify, is the bug that creepers don't take damage when you hit them (either with sword or arrow) in the head?
Please create a new issue ticket following this as a guidline.
Sounds like a Creeper hitbox is either misplaced or missized.
