[MC-3556] Only Heads Of Hostile mobs are showing.

I was doing an adventure map in creative (no mods are installed) and only the heads of zombies and other mobs were showing.

Is it possible the map maker had setup mobs to be invisible, but wearing a mob head for a helmet?

Yes didn't consider it at the time.
