Cactus breaking particles use texture of the bottom of the cactus block

When breaking a cactus block, the particles that show use the texture of the cactus block's bottom texture

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plant a cactus
2. Destroy it
3. Notice how the particles use the wrong texture
