When sheep are really close to cobblestone walls, like hugging them, the player can't interact with them. The player can move it from left to right but not away from the fence to fix the bug. Can't even hit the sheep

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 13w48b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
