[MC-36304] Blocks keep reappearing every time I break one.

I tried mining a coal ore, but it keeps reappearing until I manage to get the coal. It also happens on stone, wood, sand, dirt, clay, everything. Tell me what's been causing this problem and fix it immediately. Thank you.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Are you in single player or on a server? In single player check if you really in gamemode 1 and not gamemode 2.

On server check distance from spawn area. 16 blocks around spawn area are protected by default.
