While in game the back ground music started to play, so I went to settings and went to Music and turned it off. The music stayed at 100% and would not turn off. I even try lower sound like 2% and it was still at 100%. I have looked and I couldn't see if anyone else reported this problem already.

I've had the same issue for 1.7.10. Using Windows. It seems that it stopped when I turned off Ambient/Environment. But I'm not sure what other sounds it turns off, I'll have to check
