Villager trade is too expensive

Villager wants 65 emeralds + regular book for enchanted book. Max stack of emeralds is 64, so doesn't work because the other trade slot is needed for the regular book. Using emerald blocks also doesn't work. Kind of like anvil repairs or enchantments that are 'too expensive' - there doesn't seem to be any way to trade for this.
