None of the things of my minecraft saves, except the world chunks. All of my servers never change, even if I delete them all 100 times they wont go away. When I click on play single player, the first world that it shows on the list in not the one I played last. None of my items, or location on the map are saved. These saving problems happen in the MENU, SINGLEPLAYER and MULTIPLAYER. I have no picture, as I have nothing to show and I cannot make a video clip. Please help!

Try changing your Minecraft directory. I suspect you have a read-only folder or something like that.
1. In the Minecraft Launcher, switch to the profile which is experiencing the issue
2. Click "Edit Profile"
3. Uncheck the "Game Directory" setting, or switch it to a directory which has write permissions
