[MC-3664] Golden Carrot Creative Misplacement

In creative mode, the Golden Carrot is located under Foodstuffs when it should be under Brewing.

It's not a bug. You can eat Golden Carrots. The reason spider eyes may be in a different category is because they aren't safe to eat.

It should be under both, since its both food as well as a brewing material.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w04b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
