Dark Oak Wood Logs and Acacia Wood Logs cannot be smelted into Charcoal, tested with all log types, bucket of lava, charcoal, coal, and all other fuels. Furnace refuses to smelt the Dark Oak Logs and Acacia Logs into charcoal.

As you can see in both images, attempting to smelt both Dark Oak Logs and Acacia Logs into Charcoal does nothing, even when attempting to use Oak Planks.
