[MC-36892] Server "Generating new properties file"

The server when ran will not stop "Generating new properties file" (It doesn't actually), which eats up memory and slows down the console to an unusable rate.

I started having the same problem since I wrote the IP from hamachi into the server.txt tile it keeps saying "Generating new proprieties file"
