[MC-37262] Regular Torches causes the world to go black.

When I hover over to the torches in the hot bar, the world goes black, except the chests, the mobs, and wood. It only happens in the newer snapshots, 1.6.4 works fine.

Cannot reproduce. Perhaps submitting a crash log (Hold F3+C for a few seconds then release to force a crash, attach the resulting log file here.) will shed some light on the issue.

I think it may have something to do with either the item texture or the lighting effects. Just guesses, though. Unable to force crash, but that might be because of the key binding on my laptop, where F3 is attached to the brightness.
