Mouse scroll on server list

In the server list (Minecraft 1.7.x), the mouse scroll doesn't work well, it's very slowly.

yes i find this VERY annoying as well due to the fact i have a long server list ._.

mods the affected versions list would be any snapshot or official version from 1.7.1+
