TNT Multuplies in piston scenerios.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dig one block down
2. Place a piston
3. Put one piece of TNT on it
4. Place a lever next to the TNT on the ground
5. Pull it and the TNT duplicates and one explodes then the other
