[MC-3817] In the anvil GUI, it says "Enchantment Cost: [number of levels]" instead of "Repair Cost: [number of levels]"

In the anvil GUI, it says "Enchantment Cost: [number of levels]" when I believe it is supposed to say "Repair Cost: [number of levels]"

This ticket is a language translation change/add request and is currently not supported on this JIRA.
Please use the Crowdin MineCraft Translation Project for all translation change/add requests.

This is a bug in the original language, so it can't be fixed on Crowdin.
Also, it still affects 14w08a and all previous versions.
