IMO both anvils and hoppers should have stone sounds, like cauldrons. The iron sounds sound too "light" and the stone ones are "heavier". It would probably be best to add specific sounds for heavy metal objects, though.
Fixed in 1.9-pre1.
@@unknown There are two things that aren't intuitive about the statistics:
"Crafting" includes things like smelting and brewing potions.
The items actually represent all items that have the same ID, but different damage values. All dyes are actually one single item, but with different damage values for the different colors. So the 5.538 ink sacs also include all the other colors that you've crafted. Similarly, the water bottles include all the potions.
Capes are purely decorative, so players wearing them would have an unfair disadvantage if the capes didn't go invisible. Which is not true for the elytra. But maybe the elytra should get the generic color when invisible so that players can't be identified by their cape.
The title should also say that this happens for any recipe, not just for splitting blocks into separate items (well, I assume it does, I didn't actually test it).
Fixed for 1.9!

There we go, skeletons now have proper combat animations. https://gfycat.com/DarlingImperfectAnnelida
Also, I searched for the keywords "skeleton animation" and didn't find this report, so you might want to add them.
The packed ice might be intended to be consistent with normal ice.
@@unknown Try not to edit comments that much, it sends an email to everyone who's following this issue.
@unknown, you added the affected version without actually reopening the report.
@unknown But what if someone searches for "air pocket" and doesn't find this report?
"Pocket" shouldn't have been removed from the labels because it refers to air pockets, not the Pocket Edition.
Affects 1.8.4.
Related to / duplicate of MC-36360. I think it would be better if all the sounds that are wrongly controlled by the Friendly Creatures slider were grouped under the same report.
I posted it to the subreddit. I think you're right, he probably didn't realize this was implemented before.
Opinions can change in two years. I think the devs saw the bug tracker more as a place to post game-breaking and important bugs than small graphical mistakes. However, it doesn't make sense for this to be an intended feature. If anything, it should be marked "Won't Fix".
These texts are from 1.8, which was already released.
Grum only said it's intended with fences, not with iron doors or cauldrons. It should at least be fixed for iron doors, which don't have any right click action.
Capital T with comma below looks like an elongated normal T, the comma is not distinguishable. I attached a version that I think looks better (before -> after).
