[MC-38207] mobs getting stuck in pistons

so i was building a piston pusher to make a blaze farm and i realized that the blazes where getting stuck inside the pistons, so i went to a testing world and it seems that all 2-3 block tall mobs including the player can get stuck in the pistons

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w02c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
