[MC-38332] 2 bugs/problems

I got two bugs/problems
1 the skin of you minecraft skin in the survival and creative inventory isnt diplayed right and the chest icon at the bottum right isnt right as well

and the second thing that's wrong the 1.7.2. server wont start for me I dont know if its my computer or the .exe program but I get that loading cirkel and more not

sorry for reporting 2 bugs at the time and the MC-32850 is the .jar thing I sad .exe thing and the MC-32850 is for a snapshot im talking about the 1.7.2 release

MC-32850 is about the .exe (read the title and the description)
This was not fixed during the developement of 1.7, and still exists in 1.7.2 (see "Affected Versions")

ok but I dont get that white popup screen (console) where I can type commands and other stuff

Try to redownload the server.exe.

and now I got that blank problem but command do work if i type them but I dont get a confirm of the console
