[MC-38455] Air Boats

From high up, we placed boats on the ground and could make them move off the edge, when we did, the boat didn't plummet down, it had water particles coming off it and it went on a gentle slope as if it was going down a river with a small waterfall

That's just because of condensation.

Also because the particles appearing are just tied to speed. If you go fast enough they appear, even if you aren't in water.

How does condensation affect Minecraft? I know it would have to push past the air but I dont think it would go at the angle it was

He was making a joke about the condensation.
And this has been an issue with boats for a while. Etho with Mindcrack has been exploiting it in his SSP world for a while.
