[MC-38568] Cannot play anything

I cannot play on a server or create a world to play in. Every time I go to create a world I receive a crash. When I go to play on a server it says something about Java. But I've re-downloaded everything and still the same results.

Is Modded: Definitely; Client brand changed to 'forge,fml'

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modified or 3rd party client, server, or launcher.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin / resource pack creator.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded Minecraft.
