What you have found is a ravine, a natural part of the world generation.

The reason I reported this is because of its shape. I was rushed and couldn't provide a proper explanation. When it was formed, I couldn't enter it at all. I closed the world and restarted it and that's what formed. And yes, I knew it was a ravine.

Well, If you report a bug, it shouldn't be rushed. Take your time, if you don't have it, then don't do it.
Please provide a seed and the coordinates you found the ravine at.
And please force a crash-report by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds and post the crashlog in here.
