Settings do not save when exiting MC and going back on

Any time that I change my Music to 0%, and I close MC and log back in, the Music is at 100%. The same thing happens to Cinematic mode.

What I expected to happen:
What I expected to happen is that the settings save when you exit MC

What actually happened:
What happened was the settings changed to default when I started MC

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start MC
2. Change the settings
3. Close MC
4. Start MC again
5. Look at the settings
