[MC-39451] Villager : The Shopping crash

Shopping with villagers with some items make the crash of the game

What I expected to happen was...:
Correctly shopping with villager

What actually happened was...:
When I look some trades, the game crash

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the Sethbling's filter "Create shops"
2. Check the box "Add a unusable trade"
3. Apply the filter
4. Launch the game
5. Go to unusable trade
6. C.I.P. (Crash in Peace)

Incomplete without crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.

If you cannot find your Minecraft folder or the crash report, please use the Mojang Support Center.

Unusable trades are NOT working in 1.7
Invalid
3rd party software (like MCEdit) are not officially supported.

1 : MCEdit are not mods, it's totally Vanilla Minecraft
2 : I put the crash report in the issue but it was removed

Well it is a minecraft bug, because it fails/crash at rendering the unusable item (also in the previous snapshots from 1.6.4 to 1.7)
