[MC-4007] Minecraft crashes everytime I try and open the world

Did it happen after you got throught 1.4.5?

Definitely try force-updating, as the crash log indicates classes missing.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I force updated minecraft several times but it still doesn't seem to work! I also deleted the entire minecraft folder in application support and reinstalled it from the internet but the problem persists. I don't have any mods installed. Oh yes, 3751_Creator this problem started on the day I updated my minecraft to version 1.4.2. It had the same problem and I thought I'd wait till the next update comes thinking they would fix it, but it still is there. Please help and reply asap. Thanks. 🙂

Did you ever had mods installed on this world?
Sometimes, after updating on a new version of MC, after starting to load a world witch had blocks from other mods, there are 2 solutions that MC will use:
1. Delete all the "weird" blocks that MC can't find it's origine;
2. MC will be a d**k and just make your world corrupted :S.

Nope, I am 100% percent sure I haven't installed any mods on this world. This actually happens for all worlds, like survival creative and even multiplayer (on 1.4.2 when I went on a server). One more thing, when I create a new world on minecraft and go in it, my minecraft instantly starts to move up and down and then I can't click anything. After a few seconds it just crashes and then the report comes. Please reply asap. Thanks. 🙂

Have you change something recently to your computer?
(Added more RAM? / Updated Graphic Card? / Updated Java?)

No, I haven't changed anything. Everything is the same. But recently I did do a few software updates (but when I updated to 1.4.2 I didn't update anything) after the 1.4.2 I did software updates by apple. I also thought the problem was with Java, so just a few days ago I updated my java (searching for the lates one on google and downloaded it). While I was away I went on minecraft and tried to join a server and it worked! I went on for 5minutes and then it crashed. Please reply asap. Thanks. 🙂

Are you sure you have downloaded a recommended version of Java (and made by Oracle??)

I just use all the software updates (which obviously I think updates the Java) but I also downloaded the newest Java on the apple website. I think the Java is by Oracle because when I typed in Java into my spotlight and opened the Java VisualVM it said Oracle, also since the other versions of minecraft (1.2 and 1.3) worked on my Mac I think it is Oracle. A simple Force Update should fix the problem.

Also, you might have to create a new world after force updating, because the world very well may be corrupted (You generated it without a .class file that is causing the world to crash.)

Hey everyone! Thanks for your help! I just reinstalled minecraft and deleted all the the other worlds and now when I create a new world or use multiplayer it works fine! My minecraft is fixed thanks to all of you.

Hey guys my minecraft lets me log in but when i select a world or try to make a new one it crashes , it lets me play on multiplayer servers. I have tryed to delete my worlds but its still crashing. I forced updated it and it still crashes please help
