[MC-4038] Head particles are incorrect.

Particles from heads of any kind are incorrect.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the particles would be of the actual head. (e.x. creeper head giving off creeper particles)

What actually happened was...:
the particles from and kind of head are Soul Sand particles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down any type of head.
2. Destroy it.
3. Look closely at the particles.

@daniel another thing, your java is outdated. please update it to the recent version java 7 update 9

I didn't know that java was already at version 7! Last time I updated, i checked the version and it still said version 6 update 12... i think.
