[MC-40381] Fullscreen crashing

*What I expected to happen...:
When I chose the fullscreen option, it should have gone into full screen mode.

*What actually happened was...:
The launcher froze and crashed. It does do the same thing when I open it

*Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use old launcher.
2. Log in and go into any mode.
3. Hit escape and click on fullscreen

Incomplete without crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.
