[MC-40527] Twitch broadcast: Unknown error

Opening the broadcast settings in linux results in the message:
"Unfortunately your computer does not support the integrated Twitch broadcasting service. (Reason: Unknown Error)

It now displays the correct message. Currently twitch streaming is not supported on linux, but support may one day be added.

There is no available estimate yet as to if or when Linux will be supported by Twitch.
