What I expected to happen was that it would go to the options screen

What actually happened was it came up with Twitch Broadcasting uanavilable. Unfortunately your computer does not support the integrated Twitch broadcasting service. (Reason: null) But I do have windows vista and have linked my account so....

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft snapshot 13w47 a b or c
2. go to options
3. click the broadcasting options and you get the message
