New snapshot won't stream direct to Twitch, even with the latest OS (10.9)
What I expected to happen was...:
Streaming to Twitch (duh)
What actually happened was...:
Recieved the message shown in the picture
Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable
Unfortunately, your computer does not support the integerated Twitch broadcasting service.
(Reason: null)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mavericks
2. Try to stream with 13w47c selected

I just believe that i was more detailed on my specific specs to better help the devs
Also, that bug submission is not in the C version
