Any item within an inventory, when dragged from or to another interface such as a crafting table or furnace tend to disappear for a couple of seconds, causing other items to be crafted instead of what you wanted to be made. The items that disappeared do reappear, but tend to at the last minute. This does not happen every time you move items, but it is frequent enough to make me think of it as a decent-sized issue. A single example of this situation is placing two sticks and three diamonds into a crafting table to create a pickaxe, but one diamond disappears out of the crafting table, causing you to accidentally create a diamond hoe. Within a couple of seconds, that diamond will reappear, but alone. Furnaces do the same thing, but you can simply exit and replace the items. Anvils tend to bug out the same way, causing items to end up in the wrong spots or back in your inventory. The anvil issue has been around since 1.6.x.

Cannot anything strange in the crash report.
Does it affect a specfic world or also new created worlds ?
No, it does not affect any specific worlds. It affects all of my worlds, though it's occasional. This also affects MULTIPLAYER as well. I wish I could throw something specific... Maybe any recent changes in the interface or how items work might have thrown it off? I never heard of any changes like that, but maybe it was a silent part of an update? I don't know. Sorry!
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.4 / Launcher version 1.3.7 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
The issue that I had before has not occurred in any of my single-player worlds nor multiplayer servers that I have re-visited. I'd say it is okay to say that the issue was, by accident, fixed on the latest launcher and game-version. It still occurs in the previous versions.
