I was playing Survival, but it doesn't work on Creative either...
I wanted to stream and I connected my Twitch account to my mojang account...I opened: Broadcast settings in game and then this appeared:
Twitch Broadcasting unavailable
Your video card does not support Framebuffer objects (FBOs)
Is this a bug, or is my pc just very bad? Do I have to delete some stuff on my laptop to let it work?

This is from MC-297, which as also caused by old drivers:
"[...]please update your graphics card drivers following these instructions: Updating Graphics Card Drivers.
Do not rely on automatic searches for driver updates.
Do not use Windows Update or Device Manager - Microsoft doesn't install OpenGL, they promote DirectX.
If you know the brand and type of your graphics card, go to the links provided above and search manually for the most recent driver for your card. The automatic detection tools of the card manufacturers are not recommended.
If all that won't help, please use the Mojang Support Center".
Update your video card drivers.
If that doesn't work, you machine does not support the stream function.
