[MC-40645] Twitch renders mostly green screen instead

I searched carefully but couldn't find this particular bug yet. So here it goes:

When streaming the stream on twitch.tv displays a mostly green screen and only the top will show a jaggy display of what should be seen. Minecraft self displays the image correctly. When moving around in the game the part that is visible on the stream stutters and is jaggy. Please see the screenshot attached.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Same, but the green is fuzzy and sometimes pink.

This is reported to Twitch, and can be updated without updating Minecraft itself.
