[MC-40668] Needs At least OpenGL 1.5. I Have 2.1.0

1. I login to the latest snapshot (13w47e)
2. Click Settings
3. Click Broadcast Settings
4. A message appears and says:

Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable

Your video card needs to support at least OpenGL 1.5 to use integrated Twitch Broadcasting

You are currently using: 2.1.0 - Build 8.15.10.1883

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
