Twitch.tv streaming on Mavericks (10.9) Results in black screen

I think it may be because of mavericks new "Less processing on not seen applications" or something like that because this only happens on Maverics. Even lowering every setting to lowest still results in black screen (BTW i'm referring to the stream not the actual game). I know has been reported already, but I wanted this to be the "main" one. (Since I provided more information). Please fix soon, this affects a lot of users. Forced crash included.
