When ever I stream my cousin that is modding my stream says my microphone volume is low. I looked into my recording devices and checked my settings were fine and not to mention he can hear me fine in skype, dolby axon etc. My brother looked at the stream today and said the same thing. Looked in in game settings and my mic volume was 100, tried to take it to 0 and then back up but didn not help.
Also they say they can not hear my system sound at all. When ever I am in skype or looking at a youtube video they cant hear it.

Actually, are you using OSX? Are you sure you've set up soundflower correctly? I'm thinking you haven't.
I have Windows 7, and yes I checked every where to see if my mic was not configured properly - in my recording devices, on minecraft, I even went through my entire twitch settings to see if there might be a mic setting there.
Now that I think about it I maybe should have mentioned. I have a Rapoo H8030 headset, these are wireless headphones. I have no knowledge in this matter but could that effect this problem? Although that still doesnt resolve the issue with the system volume.
Oh and I also have the Razer Surround. Maybe that could also be affecting it?
This is reported to Twitch, and can be updated without updating Minecraft itself.
