[MC-40906] "Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable"

I've been trying to stream to TwitchTV via the new "ClickToTwitch" but I keep getting this damn error, Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable (You cannot broadcast to Twitch while you are playing offline. Please go online and start Minecraft), every time I try. I've reset my modem/router multiple times, restarted my computer, game and launcher multiple times and I've tracked down to the Launcher Log.
I have included the Launcher Log as a text file attachment, which shows all necessary information. Please give me some suggestions on what to do, as I'm upset that it doesn't work for me.

It appears you are crashing due to a malformed sounds.json, I suspect it's coming from SnowSong. Try unloading your resource packs or remove them from your resource packs folder.
